What to wear?

If you want to match more, could be white and black tops and jeans. Or it can be eclectic but hopefully in complimentary colors, we can discuss this before the shoot. One good look is jeans and beige/black -neutrals- and then use accessories to tie everything together in same color tone. If possible we can change everyone once, so bring layers! For kids bring hats and fun colors, layers, textures. Accessories for the girls. You can even bring props if you like or family heirlooms (even furniture).

What kind of portraits?
Magdalena Images LLC offers family portraits both indoors and outdoors near Denver, Colorado. We do family portraits, maternity photos, newborn and baby portraits, kid's photography. We also do events such as parties, birthdays, prom, weddings, engagements, quinceaneras, and more.
Where?
Anywhere you like! I prefer natural light and love to be outdoors, Colorado is beautiful! I want each session to be different from the last and love trying out new places. I have a great list of locations and can show you photos of different spots to help you out too. For small groups, head-shots or babies, we have the studio For newborn photography please bring your baby in within the first 10 days of life as it is easiest to pose them. Feel free to contact me for more questions. Due to busy senior class and fashion season, availability for family photos is best in November, winter months and early spring. Thank you! Makeup?
Mom and older girls: some to enhance your eyes, cheeks and lips, but not too much. Heavy makeup can accentuate lines, acne and give an unnatural appearance. It's better to remove acne in post-editing and retouching. Don't forget your nails please! We can also hire a pro to work on location to help with hair and make-up.
